Description:

This equipment is used for packaging of single grain packing machine, which adopts servo drive and PLC control system.Then the mold pushes the product into the carton, and the automatic glue spraying machine seals the carton and sends it out.

Compared with the improvement of previous equipment:

1. the conveyor belt pressure paper screw to change the cylinder, so that the adjustment is more convenient, fast and stable, will not appear up and down loose.

2.The conveyor belt screw to change the guide rail, increase the stability, make its movement more smooth.

3. Replace the length adjusting screw with the needle rolling screw to make the adjustment more accurate and no gap shaking.

1. Size: According to box packing machine size.

2. Weight: About 800kg.

3. Packaging Details: The normal package is wooden box (Machine Size: L*W*H). Using a strong plastic bag to wrap outside of each section, then packing each section by wooden case.
