Tri-pieces type structure
1.Hydrophobic N.W. feeding unit
2.Sectioning device adopts electrical sectioning device to cut the
hydrophobic N.W. material into two parts, before this device,
equipped with wed guider to rectify the material direction
automatically
3.After cutting, both sides have bifurcation devices.
Driving System
1.Adopt servo motor and shafts
2.Using universal joint and multistage synchronous wheel to connect
servo motor so that can realize synchronize driving
3.Guide Groove embossing, Tri-pieces stand cuff embossing, outline
seal embossing, outer cutter, small pouch sealing, all adopt
universal joint driving
4.The timing belt was widen to release pressure, using less
over-bridge
5.The back side driving door using Q235 steel, equip with air and
wind pipe or window.
